Here’s how we do it…
STEP #1: DEFINE YOUR GOALS
We help you define your goal(s) clearly and accurately, then we plot the fastest way to get you there.
STEP #2: ASSESS YOUR CURRENT FITNESS LEVEL
We establish baseline data to know your starting point, clearly define the target steps, and then accurately measure progress towards that target. This way you know exactly where you are in relation to your goal(s). (this is a critical step that most others leave out).
STEP #3: DESIGN YOUR PERSONALIZED “MAXIMUM RESULTS” PROGRAM
Fitness and performance program design is a science as well as an art form. This is where our expertise and unparalleled experience is invaluable. No generic, one-size-fits-all program you get off the internet can compare. There are simply too many variables.
STEP #4: COACHING, EXPERT GUIDANCE AND ACCOUNTABILITY
You get expert coaching and accountability from our experienced and educated personal trainers, all of whom have an unmatched track record of success helping Central Coast folks just like you. Athlon created the standard for high-level fitness and performance coaching here in San Luis Obispo in 2003, and we’re still the best.
STEP #5: RE-ASSESSMENT EVERY 4 WEEKS
This is how we “dial-in” your personalized program, optimizing it as we move forward. This is such a big piece of the puzzle (truly a fitness ‘secret’ that so few are using), and something that simply cannot be done without a trained eye and years of experience. This is the only way to achieve maximum results in minimum time.
But Getting the Body and Performance You Want Won’t Be a Walk In the Park
Nothing of lasting value is ever easy. And you know that. If you’ve been seduced by the ‘amazing claims’ made by so many in the fitness/performance industry… if you’ve tried and struggled before… then you know what I’m talking about.
